1. Orders & Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including suspected fraudulent transactions.

2. Pricing

All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳/BDT) and include applicable VAT. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

3. Payment

We accept bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Cash on Delivery. For COD orders above ৳5,000, a small advance may be required to confirm the order.

4. Delivery

Inside Dhaka: 1–2 business days. Outside Dhaka: 2–4 business days. Delivery delays due to natural events, political situations, or courier issues are beyond our control.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery for unworn items in original packaging. Sale items, innerwear, and customized products are non-returnable. Customer bears return shipping unless the item is defective.

6. Product Images

We strive to display product colors and details as accurately as possible. Slight variations may occur due to monitor settings and lighting.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and logos are property of Oporajita Shop and protected by copyright laws.
